Terms governing use of the Appsync Data website and enquiries related to our financial auditing engagements.

Acceptance

By accessing appsync-data.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Enquiries submitted through our forms are invitations to discuss a potential engagement; they do not create a client relationship until a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of revenue recognition verification and related financial auditing work are informational. Fees shown are indicative. Scope, deliverables, and price are confirmed only in an engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Appsync Data or used under licence. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without prior written consent. You retain ownership of materials you lawfully provide to us during an engagement, subject to licence terms in the engagement letter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.

Liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Appsync Data excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content alone. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

Engagement-specific liability is governed exclusively by the signed engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
